The cookbook '4 ingredients' has really saved our family budget heaps on meals. The recipes have less ingredients, so they cost less. So far all of the one's I've tried have been fabulous and easy. It also encourage you to use what you've already got in the pantry, so you spend less than necessary at the supermarket.

Your Mayor and council are to be congratulated for their wonderful intiatives in your community. I was delighted to be asked to present to you all, it was wonderful to meet so many of you!
