Save your money! For those not so healthy nights and the kids are screaming for some take away - make your own at home! A box of frozen fish on special works out to about $1 a piece and a bag of bake at home chips is around $3. So for 4 people, that's $7 fish and chips. Much cheaper than $30 from the local take away (and it's baked, not fried!).

Such a great idea. I don't have kids anymore but we like to have a "take-away" too on a Friday night - no preparation and cooking is really what I want and this just fits the bill.
